Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bossador ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bossador — The Awaken Circle, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility

To use Bossador, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a human individual — accounts registered by bots or automated means are not permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable laws

Bossador is a community platform designed for women. By registering, you confirm that you meet our community eligibility criteria.

Your Account

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account security

You agree to notify us immediately at support@mumbossador.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One account per person

Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in all accounts being suspended.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans

Access to certain features of Bossador requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected at purchase (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by UK consumer law.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other member or person
• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam, solicit, or advertise products and services without prior consent
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform by automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Content & Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on the Platform created by Bossador — including the design, text, graphics, logos, course materials, newsletters, and exclusive content — is owned by or licensed to Bossador and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform (profile information, posts, messages). By posting content, you grant Bossador a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform for the purposes of operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Community Standards

Bossador is a private, values-led community for women. All members are expected to treat each other with respect, integrity, and kindness. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any member who, in our reasonable judgement, compromises the safety, integrity, or culture of the community — including conduct outside the Platform that we become aware of.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Content shared by members, mentors, or coaches on the Platform is for informational and community purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Bossador shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@mumbossador.com. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. You may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as an alternative to court proceedings.
